My complaint:
Husband had fraudulent charges on card from three months ago. D.E . sent letter denying claim. Said it was due to his history? My husband nor I have ever shopped at either place, that the charges were from.They were in other states also. If they do not pay this claim, It WILL cost them their contract! I will make it my life’s work!
Suggested solution:
I want the claim paid, period. This is unacceptable. We can't allow criminals to steal people's social security!
