My complaint:

Hi I am writing to you in regards to my coin master account in the name of Kelly Reeve with the email address kellyball2415@gmail.com,
Both the sushi gold card and the lord of coins gold card I opened in chests today wasn’t added to my card sets. I would like to know why these havent been added to my account along with spins Ive won that was also not credited to my account in the last few days please can you explain why I did not received these items and if possible could you credit them to my account as won them all fairly, I play your game everyday at least every hour until my spins run out unless I am asleep at night.

My desired solution would be to have my account credited with the missing items I think I’m owed.
