My complaint:
Which provided me a UPS tracking number and it said it was delivered to my city but when I called UPS it was delivered to a different address into a different name but they are not able to release that information to me you cannot get ahold of anybody at wish and all they want to do is make you wait and wait and wait in the meantime I spent $230 for the party that I never received
Suggested solution:
They should either find out what happened to my package or refund me but right away instead of making me wait and not being able to speak to a representative
