My complaint:

Hi. I placed an order through the Wish app for 9 items on September 13th. The amount of the order was $76.28. As of today I have only received 1 of the items which was the thermometer. In the order details I ordered 3 tee shirts, 3 gold crosses with the image of Mary, a pair of Eeyore earrings, a pink and silver ring and a thermometer. It is way past the expected date to receive on all these items. Wish is saying that the pink ring and the Eeyore earrings were delivered on October 2nd. I checked with my local post office and they said I should contact Wish. Instead of getting the 3 gold crosses I was sent a mens black wedding band and 2 black bracelets. I went on the Wish app to try to get an address to return the wrong items and I was asked to send photos of the wrong items and the envelopes which I did right away. I also tried to resolve the issue of the items which I did not receive. Instead Wish gave me a refund for $6.00 for the 3 gold crosses. I told them I didn’t want the refund. I wanted the crosses.
I have tried several times since to contact customer support to resolve this but they keep saying that the ring and the earrings were delivered on October 2nd. They do not address the other items in my order at all. This is a lot of money for me to spend as I am a widow on social security.

I would like to get a total refund for the entire order of 76.28 and an address to send back the wrong items that were sent to me.
