My complaint:

STOLE OVER $300!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR DIAMOND RESORT PRESENTATIONS OR REPRESENTATIVES!!
Paid up front (just to be able to escape a grueling five hour timeshare presentation) on two occasions (shame on us) for Destination Xchange Getaway Certificates! They expire in a year – in our case, they cancelled one because we failed to activate during Covid-19, when we waited several different days for over two hours on the phone. No resort stays were ever available when we tried to use the first certificate, and then it expired in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis. We were told Diamond Resorts is not, and will not, extend my certificates and does not, and will not, refund the $149.00 we were charged each time! THEY ARE THEIVES OF THE WORST KIND IN THE INDUSTRY, and we know, because we have been timeshare owners for over 39 years – NOT WITH DIAMOND!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE AND SHAMELESS CORPORATION!
