My complaint:
Dhanish Jain had his vip status taken away from him after he has spent more than £12,000 on this game. He has had no explanation as to why this has happened. Now his star count has lost more than 37,000 stars, all his cards sets and pets have been reset, and now he was been removed from the global leader board. I will no longer spend on this game until his account has been reinstated fully.
If we can get as many complainants to them as possible then it’s another way of reaching out to them and possibly getting his account back quicker
