My complaint:
I attempted to deposit money to my fanduel sportsbook account on 4921 for $35.00. The money did not appear in my sportsbook account but it showed as a pending transaction with my bank. I contacted support and was told it was declined and it was a pending transaction and would go away after a couple days. Well today the pending transaction posted to my account, there was no money added to my fanduel account however my account has less than what it should because fanduel assured me the transaction was declined and would not post to my account and they did not add the money that they took to my account.
Suggested solution:
At a minium refund my money ASAP however because they were so sure the transaction would not post I am not happy with they way they handled the situation because they did not follow up and had I not been checking basically they would have stolen $35 from me.
