My complaint:
I have made a 2000 GBP purchase of XRP on 2021-04-07 13:20:20(UTC) at a rate on 0.693454 GBP. The 2000 GBP funds were debited from my Visa Debit card but Binance have not completed the transaction and purchased the crypto but have suspended my account. I have submitted an appeal as instructed, uploaded the requested documents and raised a complaint within the app but have had no response whatsoever.

Suggested solution:
Reinstate my purchase of 2000 GBP of XRP at a rate of 0.693454 GBP.
As that is the rate I purchased - at the time my money was taken from my visa debit card.
