My complaint:
I bought a water then put another toonie in for an iced tea but the machine malfunctioned and ate my toonie. Apon confronting the front desk politely they both looked at me like I was a hoodlum and then asked me if I was a guest (which I am not) I was refused my reimbursement and I swore because I was mad about it not at them but about this whole ordeal and they kicked me off the premises
Suggested solution:
Say they are sorry for the inconvenience like any other business owner would have. And buy me an ice tea or gift wrap me my toonie
