My complaint:
I ordered insolves off this company over 3weeks ago and I was sent an email saying that once they have received my payment I would receive an email stating when I would receive my items, the money was taken out of my account over a week ago and I still have not received any emails off this company.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my order and get my refund back
