My complaint:

My flight last year was delayed for more than 3 hours and I emailed Ryanair almost 2 months ago. They replied back saying I was due 400 Euro compensation and that I should now send my bank details. Once sent, it’s been almost 6 weeks and I have not heard back from Ryanair.

Suggested solution:

Number 1 for Ryanair to reply back and assure everything’s going well and not leave me hanging. Number 2, I would like to receive the compensation Ryanair agreed on as swift as possible as they have already delayed it.
