We’ve ordering pizza from dominoes for years and since that time there service has been going way down hill.
Over the past 2 years I’ve had probably 4 to 5 comaints on wrong pizzas or pizzas not done al the way and everytime they have corrected the issue because they have been legitimate complaints
A week and a half ago we walked into dominoes and placed a order for a LG extravaganza pizza and waited when we got back to the office we had someone else’s pizza we called back and talked to a female mge who offered to place a credit on my account.
20 minutes later a district mgr by the name of Christine calls me and says because we show we have replaced pizzascin the past we need to verify you actually ordered a pizza before we can replace it this time. I called Highland village this evening to see if the credit was issued and I spoke to a mgr by the name of Dave and he tells me his district mgr gave him by name and number and told him I was a scammer and told him to refuse service to my name and address..I even offered to pay for pizza thus evening and was refused service….Something needs to be done about district mgrs defaming legitimate customer when they have issues and I will be filing defamatíon of character lawsuits against Dave and Christine unless this correctef
My desired solution is dominoes correcting my wrong pizza issue and disciplinary action taken against a mgr by the name of Dave at the Highland village TX location and a district mgr by the name of Christine because legitimate customers so exist and Jusr because they have had legitimate issues is no reason to pass there name around as. A scammer and tell locations to refuse service to my name and address I offered to pay Dave for my pizza order and he still refused service
