My complaint:

I ordered an item on eBay from a company called calsplash (that is what the charge on my c c was). The item was defective and the seller ignored my many emails. I contacted eBay who sent me to PayPal who opened a case but they are requesting I return the item when I do not feel I should since it is in a huge box that I must haul to a shipping company and pay to have it shipped back. I will be sending bad reviews out on eBay andCalsplash on every site I can find.
