My complaint:
My flight to Delhi from Athens was canceiled ( WY 194 was cancelled) and I was offered another flights which did not match my domestic flight and accommodation schedule. So I was compelled to buy another flight tickets at my own expenses. I calmed down since I had much importnat job at home. But none of your staff mentioned that my boarding will be declined if I don’t board your flight to India ( check previous emails). So when I was trying to board my flight to Athens on 17th October, they declined my boarding from Bangalore. The ground staff was reluctant to help me. I was advised to talk to the city office which opens at 9 am having my flight at 10:10 am. Kindly look into the matter. I am just a student and I had a cancer patient at home whom I wanted to visit and now is no more, my family have suffered alot because of your mistakes.
