My complaint:
I have never had an account with Microsoft. I do not have a Microsoft computor or an x-box. Microsoft debited by prepaid card in dec of 2017. I straightened it out with them and they left my account alone for 6 months, then started right back at it debiting my account $9 per month. and i never had an account!! they keep saying they will straighten it out but they never do. They want info on my Microsoft account ,BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT!!!!!
I need help!!! i will have to sue Microsoft if this does not stop!!! I have changed my bank account, but Microsoft finds me anyway!!!!!
Suggested solution:
STOP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH MICROSOFT I DO NOT HAVE!!!!!
