My complaint:
OnePlus 6 sound quality is terrible. I cannot hear the phone ringing on incoming calls. Plus I have to hold it to my ear to hear media sounds such as YouTube videos. The volume is set to maxium. I upgraded from OnePlus 5T and had no problems with that phone
Suggested solution:
OnePlus must provide a fix to this problem
