My complaint:
I have smoked John Players cigarettes since starting to smoke many years ago, I have never had a problem with them until now. I’ve had the problem with them for several weeks now, there must be a gap at the Base as without warning the it very quickly burns down (including burning the filter) and the burning head of the cigarette falls off!! I have burned myself several times now including a very bad burn on my upper leg which has caused me pain and suffering and it has burned my carpet in my bedroom in 3places and my wooden floor in my living room. The cigarettes never used to do this. I have been a faithful customer for twenty five plus years and feel angry and disappointed in a company I have stuck by. I fear that this problem is going to cause something serious (by the way several people have also said the same)
Suggested solution:
A better safer cigarette and some form of a good will jesture for my pain and suffering
