My complaint:
I paid parcel hero to collect 4 soild oak fore doors collected from my house .ready to be delivered to a buyer who paid for items when they left my house they where brand new..sealed and labelled..when parcel hero started to mess around with items from UP .. BACK TO ABERDEEN TO ME then in Tamworth depo…then when doors did get delivered..all 3 was badly damaged that the buyer was shocked. There was 4 doors one disappered .
Phoned parcel hero left message after messages nothing..I paid for each door £180..00 PER DOOR I would from this company would like a full refund of the messing around and damage of all three doors and one missing door.UP ..AND PARCEL HERO IS NOT Admitting who’s damaged doors and who’s gonna remburse cost and £25 for all phones call bill … I have been doing since 14th January this has been going on since ….want a full investigation on to why no one has returned any calls ..now just want a full refund of my items ….

Want a full refund of all 4 doors costing £180..00 each
And 4th door went missing
They where that much damaged it was upsetting to see how they dragged beautiful doors not the cheap stuff expensive doors ...I want a full investigation why they have ignored a complaint when it has been logged up since January....
