My complaint:
On August 25 2017 I hired this company to replaced my roof for my neighbors roof leaked and damaged the inside of their house. So to avoid something like that I hired them to replaced my roof with a 5 years warranty but @ early 2018 I called their office to inform them that stagnat water was sitting on the portion of the roof which was newly repaired as relayed to me by the person who cut my tree. So I called them. Then said I will be charged of visiting fee of $270. So I just let it but early period of 2019. There is no rain nor snow. Our ceiling leaks so heavy so I called them. They did something on the outside of the roof when I am demanding for the inside damaged they said they don’t cover it.so I filed a claimed to my home insurance but it was denied thru a poormanship repair of the company. So I called them back but refused to do anything about my ceiling my flooring and the paint of my house which was damaged by the leakage of water. We are selling the property when that happened so we need to suspend the sale for the property cannot be shown in that condition. I renewed my mortgage but we really need to have this up for sale for I have 5 children and we are in a 3 bedrooms townhouse only. But because of the damaged because of the leak we can’t up for sale the house.
Suggested solution:
Replaced the affected ceiling flooring and the paints of my house
