My complaint:
I realize over the period of time LLOYDS BANK PLC has been charging my account a daily fee of £4.82 and at various on daily basis. I believe its not fare on this daily charges, as other high street banking do charge monthly overdraft fees. your charges is extortionate and not proportionate. However if this matter is not resolved in a fare manner, I shall be referring the matter to the regulatory financial services and ombudsman.
There is also other related interest charges on LLOYDS CREDIT CARD.
Suggested solution:
I want the matter to be resolved satisfactorily by terminating the daily charges and to one monthly single charges.
