My complaint:

I joined Trivago in 2017 at a cost of 258.00 per year. I gave my account details and in 2018 I didn’t want to be with Trivago but was forced to. They had taken the money from my account and I was told I could cancel in 2019. Their objective is to send customers to my site. First let me explain the job I do is a labor of love. I have a 4 bedroom bed and breakfast and have outstanding ratings on TripAdvisory 10, 9.9, Expedia 9.8, and Facebook 10. Since I quit Trivago they have put on their site my rating of 8.3. I find this to be so unfair, considering how dreadfully hard I work to please my guests. Please view my website at

For Trivago to change my rating to the same as all the other websites. I don't even know where they got this number from. And all because I would not go with their website.
