My complaint:

My complaints is, that due to my ex partner making false allegations about myself I have been barred from the bhf stores. I rang the works was told by the manager caroline I was.barred due to miss waite having a court order against myself. Once I.proved this was.incorrect caroline hung up on me.
I rang bhf head office over 2 hours later. caroline had not informed them.of anything which must be a breech on procdure. I.was later told I was.barred due to me Harrashing.miss.waite several other accusations.
The reason has changed during several correspondence, on the last account it had nothing to do with miss waite but due to me intimidating caroline the store manager.
I have asked bhf to.stop making false.allegations about myself on several.occasions which they still continue.
I made a.comlaint about miss waites behaviour back in April, harassing me threatening me with the police. Bhf had.not even made.a.rcord let alone investigated. insult.bhf sold a, by sally broughtflower customer services manager at head office they would give me the money back, know refusing. They have lied to me about muselfmon numerous occasions.

Suggested solution:

A full apology from british heart foundation for the unfounded allegations lies.
Hopefully for the ban to be removed as if emails it is clearley unfounded allegations of.miss.waite..
Explanation why they.did.not investigate miss waite back on April.
