My complaint:
New management in the store is terrible, since Scott left. I recently was in there shopping. The store is a mess. The customer service is not the same quality. It is an inconvenience to ask for management assistance. Shea asks like it is too much trouble to come to the register and help the employees with a transaction.
Suggested solution:
Explaining to management that customers are the reason why they have job. Also a better atmosphere than the local competitor Dollar General will keep people coming back. Maybe institute additional customer service training. The company should want to attract and keep customers not scare them away.
