My complaint:
drove by this new jack in the box and supposedly is in business at 6 am I tried to have breakfast at 6:10 am and is still closed im by the door and an employee arrives and I follow her inside by this time it is 6:15 and the Mgr looks at me and tells me they can’t help me until later I asked how long she said 10 more minutes she looked pissed and I left to the taco bell next door
Suggested solution:
have all employees attend a class on customer satisfaction politness because they all look like they are there by force and dont smile., this is early morning and I like to have breakfast in a happy atmosphere., this has happened twice both times the doors have been closed and is after six
teach them about politeness about smiling for the customer make us feel welcomed not feel unwanted business
