My complaint:
shopped the new Costco store today and as usual had to wait at least 30 minutes for a cart as I am 72 and hind it hard to due to the huge size of the store—this is the third time that I have experience this problem and to my surprise was informed by the employees that the store only had 5 carts—keep in mind that this is a huge store and huge line of business—spoke with the store manager was informed that the carts were very expensive and didn’t get that much use and that I had just shopped on high volume days—if that is Costco method of servicing their elderly and disabled customers —– I will have to
change merchants
Suggested solution:
with the volume of business that store has surely they can justify the expeniture of additional money for a few more carts to help people with disabilities
