My complaint:

For 3 months ive been trying to get into my rushcard online account because i forgot my password..i was told to fax a copy of my ID, social security card an a recent piece of mail an i did such (3) times on diferrent days.
An yet no response.. On several occassions i talked to a ruchcard representative an they instructed me ti do the same thing but all has been done… Now during these hard an uncertain times my rushcard ending in *** is locked an because my account is locked im an have been unable to properly provide for myself or my mother who has cancer… I humbbly ask that someone be assigned to this issue an help me please…
My other rushcard account is about to exspire an yet i still have not received an updated card…
