My complaint:

On 02142020 I had gotten the throne of thrones card to complete my HALLOWEEN set. I didn’t receive my free spins, I’m not sure exactly what the amount was now since all it says is complete.
On 02152020 I completed the set CREATURES by getting the firebird card. I recieved again nothing for the completion of set.

Suggested solution:

I believe the way to resolve my complaint is to put all the rewards for completing these two sets on my account. All coins and spins.
