My complaint:

I opened a direct deposit account for my work to make thjngs easy for my financial thing .i made the biggest mistake of usein green dot .com for this because third service is the absolutely is the worst ever they don’t help you when it comes to customers sirves I’ve been declined twice on purchases and when I call back the customer service I never get a live person how we get automated service and basically I need to get to my cash and they’re keeping me from it but not allowing me to reset my PIN number
