My complaint:

On a number of occasions I’ve delt with a receptionist by the name of Sandra. Who is rude, disgruntled and makes me feel like I’m using her personal time. Also makes it feel impossible to see a doctor. Sandra is very rude in the way she speaks and should not be dealing with the public. Especially people who are unwell. I hope this grievance is investigated.
