Dominos Pizza complaint: Cold food, rude employees

My complaint:

Ordered a pizza on 8112020. Followed the progress on my pizza tracker. Order came out of oven at 637. At 715, it was still at the store. Upon receiving the order at 740, it was cold. When I called back, I wad basically told they didn’t have any drivers. I was told by angels and that they could remake it but would probably have the sane issues. So she would mail me some gift cards. Should receive in 2 weeks. On the 27th I called to ask about the gift cards. Spoke to a guy named Chris, who was very nice, very apologetic and seemed to genuinely want to help me. However he is a trainee so he got His manager. A guy named kevin. Kevin was nothing but RUDE. He told me I needed to wait for 2 weeks to receive the gift cards. When I said it had been 2 weeks, he said well wait 3 weeks. He couldn’t do anything to help me. I’d have to call and speak to GM in the morning. But there was nothing he could or would do. Terrible customer service. Spoke to GM next day. She was very nice. But she said she doesn’t remember my name or address as she is the one who sends out the gift cards. So as nice as she is, she is surrounded by people who are terrible. She mentioned she had been working with Kevin for 2years to improve his customer skills. Obviously, it’s not working.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money.$20.00. I'll never eat there again. So the gift cards are worthless
