My complaint:

The lids of the coffee cups are too wide to enjoy the beverage.
I had notice after attempting to sip the fluid pore out too fast to control the coffee.
The mouth opening needs adjustment to slow HOT fluid from attacking the mouth.
Suggested solution:
Smaller opening with mouth rest area...
