My complaint:
we were out of gas got there 10mins before closing and they turned off the lights as we pulled up to the pump. We told them we were out of gas and could not make it to another gas stationand he said oh well sorry. We pointed out that they had 10mins until closing and the guy said no we have to be out at 10 so have to close at 10mins till. we googled closes gas station knowing we were about to run out of gas and were directed there and their web site says they are open until 10pm. We tried to make it 3miles down the road to the next gas station and only made it about 6 blocks we did not have a gas can so had to leave our car on the side of the road and walk 6 miles home in the dark and 40 degree whether with my 1yr old grandson, and it took us almost 2hrs. Horrible customer care and service!!!
Suggested solution:
I think Arco should either change their hours on their web site to reflect the early closing procedures if that is actually the closing policy and procedure and if its not they should fire the attendant that chose to close early and allow us to run out of gas.They should also train employees to practice good customer care and service. I would have pumped the gas even if it meant i had to ro count the till or turn stuff back on.
