My complaint:
I was at Marianna Carquest Auto Parts 7 minutes befor closing time and the doors were locked and I was in desperate need of gear oil for my truck now because of their un business like approach for customer’s I have to take a chance on my rear end seizing to try and make to the next auto parts store oreilys were the customers are appreciated and the doors aren’t locked before closing time
Suggested solution:
The employees should b reprimanded and time off without pay for closing early a simple fix to buy the gear oil. Now may cost me upwards of 1800 dollars for their urge to walkout of the store at5:30 instead of closing the doors at 5:30 doing 15 mins of paperwork to keep happy customers instead of costing us m9ney
