My complaint:

Trying to figure why my account was closed. i never got a chance to use my account. I just had a family member have a check deposited into my account and it shows it went in on the 20th of August. Im getting real tired of this discrimnation going on. You did not send me a email or letter at all because if you did i would have saw it. I was told account was closed in JULY but the money was deposited on AUGUST 20th. Tell me how that happens. You should have contacted me by phone or email about it before closing.

My account needs to be reopened. I may have to contact the US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE in WASHINTON D.C. about this matter. I feel it is discriminating towards innocent people and poor and middle class.
