My complaint:
I closed out my account in December and am due a refund the girl in office said she had to check with ar and I waited 2weeks nothing now it has been 6 months and I keep getting the run around or them saying check in mail
Suggested solution:
To get my refund plus interest cause if I was late they would charge me interest so I feel it is just right
