My complaint:

I put in 1 claim on 1519 to Geico regarding my RV, AS I WENT TO VISIT FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAY. When I returned home I saw the damage done to my RV while it was parked in my driveway locked up right. My RV was vandalized, they broke the skylight over the shower, cracked the windshield and also damaged the driver rear fender trying to open the side compartment. I called Geico and put in 1 claim and they made 3 claims put of it costing me $500.00 per claim. Which they never gave me a good reason why they split the 1 claim into 3. They also paid off on the damage, however when they updated the information with Lexis Nexis they listed it as 3 accidents on 1519. So now they have increased my premium and also makes it hard to get reasonable rates from any pther insurance company because they have it listed as 3 accidents instead of vandalism. They refuse to fix and also refuse to give a call back when I call. I have been waiting almost 8 months fpr them to correct this issue and as of today 82019 still not fixed. I have put in a complaint to Lexis Nexis and when i got the resolution back from them as they contacted Geico they have it listed as a collision claim on all 3 claims when there should have been 1 claim stating vandalism.

I would like them to have my Lexis Nexis report changed and also I would like my $1500.00 back as they are the ones who split the claim and now are making it very hard to get insurance at a reasonable rate due to having it state 3 accidents on my report when there has been NO accidents on me.
