I just heard about this last night. It’s truly pathetic in my opinion. Creators on YouTube who reach that huge milestone of having 100k subscribers apparently don’t always get the silver play-button plaque. Instead, they are chosen? Really??? What makes one creator so much better than another to be chosen for this when they’re eligible? Seriously? I, myself, am not a creator. I just watch and subscribe to my favorite channels. So, I’m not writing this complaint for myself. I’m writing it about someone else. And for the simple reason that I think it’s just wrong and unfair. Creators on YouTube work very long and very hard on their content. They should ALL receive that 100k plaque. There shouldn’t be a chosen factor. How does this even happen? Please, YouTube, give that plaque to all creators who reach 100k subscribers. It’s only fair! They deserve it. That plaque is very important to them. It’s something they can put on the wall, look at it and give themselves a pat on the back, a job well done. Don’t deprive them of that!
Be fair and give the plaque to ALL creators who reach 100k subscribers.
