My complaint:

I have bought 3 tickets (3 adults and 2 children) in advance from Marrakech to Porto and nothing was informed about the charge of fees if I didn’t do the check in online (it was my first flight with Ryanair), as it is not charged by any other company I have ever flyed. When I arrived to the airport I was informed by the employee of Ryanair that I should have received an e-mail informing this, but I hadn’t received any e-mail from Ryanair, and even if I have it, this kind of obligation must have been informed in the moment the client by the ticket, not at any time after! I’ve payed 300 euros for the tickets and 330 euros for the check in, what is obviously an extortion!! I contest this charge and ask for the refund of this fees.
