My complaint:
I purchased a refrigerator for 1,426.46 on 6172019 , The Sears company picked up this refrigerator from my house a few days later because it did not fit in the kitchen, I eventually received a different model fridge from Sears , however, I was only credited for 1,100.00 dollars and had to pay an additional 154.00 towards this new one, I was told that they would refund the price difference back to my bank account. They never did. I have all of my receipts as well as bank statements with transaction information,
Suggested solution:
I need to have this company pay back my monies that they owe as a result of the difference in purchase prices.
