Complaint: Charleston Crowne Plaza took 600 from my account unathorized

My complaint:

I was double charged for my stay, and the hotel hasn’t refunded me for that after I have previously contacted them last 2018 several times. Also, during my stay I was left by the driver in the middle of the night at Walmart without telling me. I wrote a letter when I got home to a Mr. Litchfield. One complaint reference number is 10454558191. I also have provided them with the following:

Copy of your receipt
Copy of bank statement showing the charges
The check-in and check-out date of your stay
The name the reservation was under
The ation number of the stay (246)
I have given them this information several times, I never receive a response
The Room reservation was under Pam Ramsey
