Fay Servicing complaint: Charges on bill

My complaint:

We agreed upon a certain monthly payment and since day one they have charging for insurance wen ive had my own and still was charging me so they were suppose too send my husband a refund check but they send it to my insurance co for next years premium in full they lie they steal my money make up charges this company is theworst scam artists ive ever dealt with they are a nightmare ive recorded every call this is how it is why would i sugar coat it in last week ive called over 20 times and not 1 return phone call
