My complaint:
I have recently filed Bankruptcy and I decided to surrender my car and get into something with hopefully lower payments. I got approved through Tidewater Finance and they sent me to Kunes County Ford. I went on there website to see what they had for used vehicles found something I liked. They called me we talked got all the information they needed a few days later they called and said okay got you financed come on in. So I drove 2 hours to get there they were super nice! They had two vehicles picked out for me that fit there financial guildlines. I didn’t see any prices on either one of the vehicles and when I asked I was told they had to call the finance people to come up with a price. I thought that was odd but okay. He came back with a price of $19999.00 with everything said and done the price came down to $18755.70. So I signed the paperwork and was on my merry way home. When I got home for some reason I decided to go on there website to find the car I just bought and I was furious when I seen it listed for $16,725. Then I went on CarGurus and found it on there for $16,102.
I immediately sent a text message to the sales person that was working with me but received no response back. And I will be contacting them in the morning!
Suggested solution:
I would like them to do the right thing and give me the car for what they at least had on there website! Like I said they were very nice to work with but feel they should make it right!
