My complaint:

On 10-31-18(10:00am) I mailed five certified letters at the post office at 645 Wynn, Huntsville, AL. The clerk questioned me about what was in the letters; because they were going to production companies. He wanted to know if i was trying to get an acting job.I told him what was in them. Then he wanted more details. The cost was $1.00 each. I paid $3.45 extra each for signatures to ensure they reached destinations. As of 11-21-18 none has. They were due at destinations on 11-02 and 11-03. I tried to track letters. All the letters were going to different places, but for a long time, I was getting the same message (in transit) for all, except one. One said Moved. No return address. I did not get it back yet. There was no info from the 2nd and 6th on letters until the 15th:No one to sign for letter to Chicago. On 11-17-18 The mail carrier(I think from the post office at 2501 Mastin Lake) stuck a Delivery letter (about my Chicago letter)to another piece of my mail left it in my mail box at 2630 Scenic View. The note claimed to have missed me, but I was home all day. The note should have been left at the door. On the 22nd I saw a notice in tracking, about a third letter:Not delivered.Resend before 12-01-18. Two of my letters are still in transit according to tracking, with no other info. They’ll probably be returned also, for some reason.

Suggested solution:

I would like an investigation on all five of my letters to find out if they were ever sent to destinations; or were they all held up somewhere, and all will eventually be returned to me. I have concerns because people have tampered with my mail before. Also the mail carrier that did not deliver my letter, or the note to my door should be disciplined for mail tampering.
