My complaint:
3 years ago I got an old cell phone freon true wireless. As technology has advanced, my phone had android 2.0 operating system and is not compatible with Google play store. I can’t install any apps and it is very difficult to fill out forms for food stamps, doctors offices, social security, etc. I have asked for an updated phone and have been told that I would have to provide it myself. Im on disability and can’t afford a different phone.
Suggested solution:
I think I should be provided a newer phone, especially if I can\'t fill out forms or look up phone numbers on sites with the robot blockers because the boxes on these sites are always blank so I can\'t enter the characters in the box.
