My complaint:
We used our ATM card to buy crypto and it was listed as failed, but we received a notification from our bank that the money was deducted. I followed up with both Binance and bank, but they just pointed out to each other, saying the money is on the other side and they couldn’t help. We waited for 2 months already, but the money isn’t back yet.
Suggested solution:
Binance should give back the money for the transaction we had them which failed.
