Complaint: Cash app took money from my small business

My complaint:

I own a food truck and sometimes I use cash app to collect payments from customers. One night (101620) majority of my customers Paid with cash app. At the time my account was fairly new, it had been open for 2 12 weeks. For some reason I were told to verify my payments and after I verified them, all the payments were cancelled. My business lost all of its earnings that night. $530 to be exact. I immediately contacted cash app one of the supervisors: Casey responded saying “You can send and receive up to $1,000 per 30-day period with Cash App. If you send or receive more than these limits, you will be ed to verify your identity with your full name, date of birth, and SSN.” Long story short, they canceled all of my customers payments refuse to return the funds to my account! This is definitely not the end of this issue!

Return the funds to my business account immediately. That is money that I earned from servicing customers!
