My complaint:
They changed my account against my wishes and not once notified me nor sent me a replacement card. I have bills to pay and found out when my physical card was denied but has a low balance so I was confused. According to the law they committed a crime against my rights. I told 2 agents not to change My account because I needed to contact Google and find out about a charge which I did and because it was someone affiliated with me and they actually told me about it right after I got off the phone with capital one there was no need to change it. I am recorded arguing with a female agent constantly saying do not change my card until I tell you to. So why was it changed without notification and authorization on my end? I pay this card every month. It’s not their money. I have a prepaid secure card you don’t provide me with borrowed money so you don’t make any decisions for me and mine
Suggested solution:
Someone should be fired or the company should be punished for committing crimes against my rights
