My complaint:
I converted some of my BTC to AUD as a test to withdraw to my bank account – we are only talking $50AUD
Despite several attempts and following the security procedure with codes it is rejected without reason. I am extremely frustrated and I have read all the commentary in different social media chats. I am a social influencer myself and see this escalating if not sorted asap. You take my money easily enough for purchases but impossible to withdraw
Suggested solution:
Fix the issue so myself and obviously many many others can have a simple and easy process that works to withdraw not just purchasing
