Complaint: Can’t talk to anyone

My complaint:

I lost my card, which the first stimulus payment was issue to, and I assume the
last one was or will be issued to as well. I tried MANY times to call, and get a recording which asks for the card number (which of course I do not have!!) or, your social security number. I enter my SS number and birth date and all infor-mation asked for, and then the recording says, you have more than one account with us, you must enter the last four digits of the card number. I DON’T HAVE THE CARD NUMBER, REMEMBER??? Then it hangs up on me. This is BS! I need to speak with someone and I cannot even get a real person on the phone! I hate talking to a recording! There NEEDS to be a way to reach a real person. Your recordings cannot address every problem!!
