Complaint: cant get in my account for 24 hours

My complaint:

I locked myself out of my account twice today and I need to change the pin number its saying its wrong when I go use the card. They are telling me if the system says to wait 24 hours to get into my account. I cant believe they cant over ride that and get me in my account so I can use my card.

Help me with my pin number someone tell me the pin I am sure once they sign into peoples accounts they see all that or dont let me wait 24 hours to reset the password on app because I have kids to feed and cant wait 24 hours
